We believe that we train better as a team. At our weekly trainer summits, we gather to discuss and improve training programs for all of the dogs in our care, recent research in canine science, and any other issues that will help us to be better at helping our community. Periodically, AGDT trainers gather for "geeky trainer day," where we share and discuss recent scientific studies, creative training techniques, and the state of the art in dog training. Continuing education is a MUST in dog training. Sam plays the dog in the drill with Victoria and Hannah at a seminar on aggression hosted by the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants.
